The workplace can be based in Treviso or Agrate Brianza (depending on the residence of the candidate), with flexibility to support activities at additional locations in Catania and Reggio Emilia. The successful candidate will organize, supervise, and update plans for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of buildings. They will define necessary facilities services for optimal management of workplaces across various locations. Gathering spatial requirements of departments and understanding usage needs of end users is key. The candidate will identify, select, and manage suppliers of goods and services, defining contracts with moderate responsibility. Assisting in development of renovation, reassessment, or optimization projects in line with business needs is critical. Supervising construction sites and companies tasked with work in case of development projects is essential. To excel in this position, the ideal candidate should possess a proactive mindset and problem-solving skills.
