The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support to users who encounter hardware or software problems, such as terminals, barcode guns, access points, PCs, and tablets. /ppThe ideal candidate will also be responsible for blocking devices due to cyber security reasons after thorough checks and approval from the supervisor, managing internal tickets and requests, resolving hardware anomalies of PCs, phones, printers, and network, supporting email, VPN, Intranet, and management access, installing and configuring workstations and devices (printers, terminals, barcode guns), cleaning, verifying, and controlling daily cloud operations, and serving as a liaison with suppliers in the systems or software house sector for intervention in case of criticality. /ppAs the resource becomes autonomous, they can engage in activities such as developing new scripts, providing support on ERP processes, exploring RFID technology, and developing projects. /ppA strong career development path is planned, which within 2 years will lead the resource to operate complex skills in the hardware and software field. /ppWe require basic training in IT / systems or previous experience, even brief, in the role. It is essential to have a predisposition to learning, together with patience and reliability. /ppGood PC usage skills and knowledge of main office applications, combined with a collaborative and available approach, complete the profile. /ppThe job involves full-time work from Monday to Friday from 7 : 30 to 16 : 30 with a break. In some periods, it may be required to observe the 7 : 00-16 : 00 schedule or 8 : 00-17 : 00 depending on the company's activity peaks. /ppWe offer direct insertion into the company with an initial contract of 6 months, with the aim of hiring on an indefinite basis.
