DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE
We are looking for a
GLOBAL HR INTERNSHIP
to support the Global HR Business Partner in the recruitment and selection processes, training and development projects and compensation & benefits management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analysis and a strong inclination toward HR practices.
He/She will be actively involved in a variety of HR processes, including talent acquisition, internal communication, onboarding, and compensation analysis. This role will provide the opportunity to work alongside both the HR team to analyze and manage data related to employee compensation, benefits and performance, while also supporting employee engagement and employer branding initiatives.
The mail areas are: Global Design, Global Marketing, Global Product & Merchandising, Global IT & E-Commerce, Global Strategy and Global Supply Chain. xjrgpwk
The Global HR Internship will have the chance to work with and collaborate with WW HR colleagues in other Bata Regions with different time zones.
KEY CHALLENGES
Support in the recruitment and selection process for junior positions
Manage and update candidate database and track applications
Support in the administrative tasks related to internship activations
Support in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new employees
Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communication to enhance employer brand awareness
Support in compensation & benefits analysis through data collection, reporting and monitoring of personnel costs
Support in preparing HR reports related to compensation, incentives and employee benefits
Support in managing HR data systems (SAP) and ensuring data accuracy for reporting and analysis
Collaborate in employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talents
Participate in HR projects and administrative tasks related to internal policies and employee programs
