This is a 100% remote position, which means you can work from anywhere in the world from the comfort of your home or remote office.
You are welcomed here as you bring:
* 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (preferable at a staffing agency);
* Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices);
* Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search);
* Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews;
* Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels;
* Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases;
* Solid organizational and time-management abilities;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
As a core team member, you will:
* Partner with customers to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs;
* Design and customize hiring stages based on each position’s requirements;
* Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
* Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.;
* Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities;
* Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries;
* Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion;
* Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed;
* Network and build long-lasting client relationships;
* Contribute to further development, change management in the company;
* Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
