Service Business Process Manager Responsible for managing master data lifecycle—creation, update, maintenance, deletion, and delivery—ensuring consistency and trustworthiness across the organization. Adheres to data policies, participates in data‑driven optimization programs, and supports master data management for the Business Analytics team and Service Division stakeholders. ResponsibilitiesDefine, set up and maintain data sources (manual and automated) and generate routine analytical reports across all business functions to provide insight for decision‑making. Collaborate with business stakeholders to set analytics systems and KPIs for organizational performance, data quality metrics, and operational studies. Ensure master data integrity, cleansing, normalization, and quality is maintained efficiently and accurately in all systems within scope of responsibility. Develop reporting templates and dashboards customized to different metrics and business requirements, ensuring master data consistency and accuracy for business teams. Work with IT specialists to set up data warehouse for long‑term analysis and documentation. Participate in the development, updating and maintenance of procedures, tools, and metrics related to data governance and system maintenance.QualificationsDegree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of hands‑on experience in data management/analysis, with a proven ability to translate business questions into analytical insights. Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, experience with Power BI and Excel; SAP knowledge an asset.Experience with automation and/or AI considered a strong asset.
