Every day._ The R&D department is looking for a R&D Project Manager in Monza site (Regular Contract)Who you areYou are organized; you can prioritize the essentials and see the whole picture. Since you will be working with a remote team, you have good communication and networking skills, and great cross-cultural awareness. What about the job- In your role you will:Drive R&D projects accordingly to budget, schedule and quality target -Focus on product improvement and optimization for cost competitiveness and supply chain optimization -Follow project management procedures (Stage-Gate approach through Alfa Laval standard PROMAL) -Coordinate project team and interaction with other peers and experts -Handle planning and monitoring of the activities -Report progress to management and stakeholders -Develop and maintain good standard solutions (standardization) together with BU. -Ensure industry and quality standards are met -Support Order handlers, Sales engineers, Engineers, Workshop and Buyers upon request -Be required to participate in various project teams, which can be cross functional. What you know- Strong technical background (engineer will be an asset) -Experience (at least 5 years) in the same role -Certification of competences will be a plus -Understand the basics in the fuel conditioning process on board vessels and about marine sector -Advanced knowledge of Microsoft ® Windows environments and Office package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams).
