As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective support for our product portfolio, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their expectations. This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
1. 'Provide applications support' by assisting customers with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Leica Biosystems instruments.
2. 'Support customers throughout the entire customer journey', ensure prompt response times to all inquiries regarding sales growth through market intelligence.
