We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to provide support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities, maintain strict confidentiality, and serve as a reliable point of contact. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings—including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
* Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional integrity at all times.
* Organize and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and requests.
* Prepare and process expense reports, purchase orders, and other administrative documentation.
* Support the executive in planning and executing strategic initiatives and special projects.
* Maintain efficient filing and information management systems (digital and physical).
* Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks across the executive’s areas of responsibility.
* Assist with event coordination, logistics, and internal communications as needed.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role supporting senior management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
* High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and anticipate needs proactively.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
