A leading eCommerce agency is looking for a highly strategic Account Director to lead one of their largest Amazon clients across Europe. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in high-impact environments and wants to shape the future of a multi-category brand across Amazon platforms.As the strategic lead, you’ll oversee a major Amazon Ads account with multiple product categories and multiple stakeholders. You’ll guide two high-performing Account Managers and work closely with the broader European team to drive performance, innovation, and strategic clarity.? What You’ll DoOwn the Amazon advertising strategy (PPC and DSP) for a key clientAct as the primary strategic partner across regional and global brand stakeholdersLead internal planning and external communications to ensure campaign alignment and successGuide and coach Account Managers, ensuring best-in-class execution and insight-driven planningDevelop scalable strategies that combine ad performance, creative, and retail insightNavigate and coordinate across multiple markets, teams, and timelines What They’re Looking ForDeep expertise in Amazon PPC and DSP advertising, with a strong understanding of retail mediaStrategic thinker with experience working across complex client environmentsExcellent client-facing communication skills; confident leading senior-level conversationsHighly organised and able to delegate effectively in fast-paced settingsExperience with cross-market strategy or consumer electronics is a plusFluency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian is highly desirable?
