Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new dealers, supporting and developing existing distributors, and managing key accounts in Italy and surrounding countries.


About the Role:

* Achieve regional sales targets, maximize sales volumes, and develop maximum market share
* Create regional sales plans and quotas in line with business objectives
* Conduct direct and indirect business development activities to develop new distribution channels and key accounts in diversified verticals through intensive prospecting activities
* Drive and support distributors in the development of their business activities
* Respond to, track, and close sales inquiries in cooperation with distributors
* Visit customers and conduct hands-on demonstrations to effectively convert business leads into orders
* Propose, organize, and participate in trade shows, events, and promotional roadshows
* Analyze regional market trends and discover new growth opportunities


About You:

* Masters or Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing/Engineering
* Minimum of 3 years of proven B-to-B sales experience in relevant Geospatial industries (GNSS positioning/navigation, LiDAR mapping, unmanned surveying, construction engineering, GIS, land surveying, precision agriculture) is a must
* Fluency in Italian and professional level of English – written and oral – are mandatory
* Experience in international dealer management is a plus for this position
* Results-oriented, with a positive outlook, and a clear goal of high-quality and commercial profit
* Possesses strong negotiation skills and excellent face-to-face communication skills


Travel Requirements:

This position requires frequent travel in Italian-speaking countries (approximately 50%) and occasional travel in Europe to visit business partners/clients, trade shows, and strategic accounts.
