Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide. /p h3Industrial Quality Engineer - Services /h3 h3Industrial Quality Engineer /h3 h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the Quality Manager within the assigned scope. /li liAct as quality reference for maintenance teams on technical, process, and supplier quality issues. /li liManage internal NCRs (including MIE) using structured problem‑solving methodologies (e.g. QRQC). /li liParticipate in customer inspections and FAV for maintenance activities. /li liSupport and qualify teams on Self‑Inspection and manage inspection checklists. /li liPerform workstation audits, maintenance execution assessments, and follow‑up actions. /li liDefine and deploy quality control plans based on FMEA, field returns, and maintenance activities. /li liMonitor and reduce Defects, Demerit, FPY and Cost of Non‑Quality (CONQ). /li liSupport Lean Manufacturing deployment and KPI improvement in line with APSYS requirements. /li liPromote a strong Quality and EHS culture within the depot. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Materials) or equivalent; Technical/Associate degree accepted for Technician level /li liSolid knowledge of industrial quality processes and product/process inspections /li liAbility to read technical drawings and specifications and use test equipment /li liExperience with quality tools (Problem Solving, Lean, Six Sigma) /li liKnowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, IRIS, CMMI) /li liConfident use of digital tools and data‑driven approach /li liExperience in an industrial environment, preferably in railway or complex products /li liStrong communication, analytical and influencing skills /li liFluent in English and Italian /li /ul pAlstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow’s mobility.
