The prime responsibility of the role is to assist the Human Resources Director / Regional Sales Leader in the formulation and implementation of the human resources policy within a geographic location in EMEA. This involves the review of Company policy in line with legislation to ensure appropriate human capital attrition and retention strategies deployed.
The role encompasses the need to be able to build new and maintain existing relationships at all levels and draw upon excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to ensure our talent acquisition programme is successful. The ability to be act as a Business Partner to all areas of the business and support other members as needed is fundamental to the role and the ongoing development of the Company.
Provide an advisory, counselling and training service to management and all staff in matters relating to human resources management for the provision of good employee relations undertake remedial action if required i.e., Liaise with Regional Leader on employee lifecycle issues capturing aspects of human capital engagement from recruitment, onboard, career development etc.
•Provide a level of support to EMEA Recruitment Manager and geographical Regional Leader as and when required for recruitment within the region either on a role specific or generalist search.

Ideally educated to a degree level with recognised Personal Development qualification and a minimum of five years' experience working within a generalist Human Resources role
