Secure the continuous migration of legacy data or local systems to central databases;Define and implement a continuous improvement process to minimize data cleansing actions and ensure that data are in good quality from the beginningUnderstand Global KPI's and tools and support the Services organization with specific analytics and DashboardsCollaborate proactively with different roles part of the data flow
Activities and responsabilitiesHe/She will:
Support in training stakeholders on tracking tools & Data Management processesImprove continuously relevant tools and processes in collaboration with global teamMonitor and improve data quality in BFS through cleansing activities with the relevant stakeholders and maintain accordingly (identify obsolete and duplicate assets, clean and update installed products at customer sites and installed products attached to active contracts...)Create, update and maintain commercial references in the ERP following E2E processes
Qualification and skills
Education
Engineering and/or Informatics University Degree, preferred AI skills and mindset-Being autonomous with IT tools and Excel-Leading or contributing to data migration activities-Demonstrate interest in innovative data management practices-Brilliant and open in communicating and working with various stakeholders-Will in leading continuous improvement activitiesLanguage requirementsFluency in Italian and EnglishWhat We Offer
