Job Description Summary: The medium-term planner will be responsible for planning activities of engine from the induction to the delivery according to SoW for Aero Alliance LM Service Shop Aero Alliance Service Center is a provider of LM2500-LM6000 (Aero derivative gas turbines) overhaul services. The Medium-term planner (Gate1/Gate3) will report to Avenza Aero Alliance LM Service Shop Workshop leader - According to the exit and induction plan define the gates execution plan to assure the feasibility in terms of capacity taking into account the production lines constraints. - Working with G1, G2, G3, Grinding line leaders to define the slotting on weekly basis to satisfy the execution plan - Highlights criticalities during the production and identify opportunities to continuously improve engines delivery dates. - Lead planning meeting across functional team to review the execution plan progress. - Analyze workload, highlight overloads/bottlenecks for the plan and define recovery actions if needed to reach OTD/TAT targets. - Analyze with S&OP team the forecasting plan YOY. Qualifications/Requirements - Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma) or equivalent knowledge or work experience - Excellent analytical skills - Proficient skills in PC, Microsoft Office, Excel, Access - Oracle or other ERP system experience - Fluent in English and Italian - Be a Solution-oriented problem solver.
