**POSITION**
We are looking for an Accounts Payable to join our global CRO. You will be working within the Financial department under the supervision of the Invoicing Accounts Payable Coordinator.

**GENERAL RESPONSABILITIES**
- Dealing with administrative activities;
- Overseing current accounting in view of currency and fiscal norms, including activities outsourced to specialized consulting firms;
- Providing accounting data necessary formanagement and budget preparation;
- Managing the administrative aspects of procurement (grant patient);
- Managing personnel expenses;
- Maintaining relationships with hospitals to manage Ethics Committee fees and Hospital Fees (grant);
- Handling hospitals agreements (vendor);
- Managing invoices payable and relationships with suppliers;
- Reconciling the accounts moved for monthly and annual closing.
**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or a similar field/Master's degree is a plus.
- At least **2 years** of experience in a similar position.
- Previous experience working in a CRO is a plus.
- **Fluent in English.**:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular, Excel**.**:
- Good Planning and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Team-working oriented.
- Experience with government electronic payable invoices exchange platform "Fatturazione Elettronica", "Cassetto Fiscale" and "FATEL" tool.
