Overview
Thales people architect and deliver satellite-based systems that help position, connect and observe our planet, and push the boundaries of our understanding of planet's resources. Our systems are in orbit at 400 km, 20000 km, 36000 km and beyond to the edges of the solar system.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees;
* Ensure onboarding of new employees;
* Maintaining personnel records and documents and updating internal databases.
* Maintaining and updating HR procedures in the company;
* Manage relations with the payroll company, public bodies, Industrial Association, Canteen, and internal Depts interacting with them regarding HR and employees related matters;
* Having care of cases of litigations, exit incentive activities;
* Implement the people-related development plans, working back to back with line managers to monitor and grow employees’ engagement,
* Develop a good knowledge of individuals strengths / development areas versus business / role requirements;
* Support the line managers in making and executing quality and timely people-related decisions in the areas of talent acquisition and mobility, performance management, talent management, rewards, learning and development;
* Manage capacity ramp-up / down plans until completion.
The role is part of the governance defined by the Country HR in order to ensure at all times the necessary alignment with priorities defined at country level, and the HR Business Partner in order to satisfy HR needs coming from the relevant business function.
