About the Role:
A dynamic opportunity has arisen to join a leading organization in the construction of industrial plants for automation.
- This position plays a vital role in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures on site, conducting regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implementing corrective actions.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures, providing training and support to site staff on these matters, and investigating accidents and incidents to recommend appropriate actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaboration with other departments is essential to ensure effective communication and implementation of health, safety, and environmental practices.
Requirements:
To succeed in this challenging role, you will require:
- Experience working in construction sites or industrial plants, preferably with a focus on safety and environmental management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts (5 PM - 3 AM), as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken.
Working Conditions:
This role will involve working at various construction sites throughout Maranello, Italy, with frequent travel to different locations as required.
