By joining us now, you’ll be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of robotics—working alongside world-class experts in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment. /ppbThis Position Reports To /b /ppIS Portfolio Manager /ppIn this role you will lead the execution of global IS projects in Robotics using either internal and/or 3rd party resources and ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with business needs, company procedures, project objectives, applicable quality standards, safety requirements, cost and scheduling targets. We are entering a period of many interesting projects when we transfer into a single company with ownership by the Softbank group. Be part of our journey. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliFinance workstream IS lead during carve-out period to oversee and drive the projects in the finance workstream and as SPOC for business /liliDefines project scope, budget, resources, schedule, work allocation, and risk management plans in close collaboration with key stakeholders. /liliAnalyzes and manages financial data, including project budgets, reports to SteCo, and monitors changes in IS or business strategy that may impact the project portfolio. /liliLeads the project team, assigning tasks, motivating resources, overseeing vendor-delivered work, and ensuring completion of milestones and objectives. /liliServes as the key contact and escalation point for stakeholders, managing expectations, relationships, and timely communication to secure understanding and support. /liliOrganizes, monitors, and controls project activities to ensure achievement of stage-gates, efficient resource utilization, and adherence to ABB methodologies and internal directives. /li /ulh3Qualifications For The Role /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Administration, or a related field. /liliAt least 8 years hands on experience of IS Project Management delivering complex projects on global scale especially on financial projects (Consolidation, Treasury, Invoice, Tax, Lease etc.). /liliPMP or Prince 2, Agile ITIL Scrum Master Certification. /liliStrong documentation, communication, facilitation and consensus building skills /liliMotivated self-starter, proactiveness and ownership with a keen interest in developing and implementing the best practice, creative solutions to the business. /liliFluent spoken and written English. /li /ulh3What’s in it for you? /h3pAt Robotics, you’ll be part of a global leader in automation and innovation.
