Position: Operations Manager (OM)
We are seeking an Operations Manager with a background in legal or business consulting, and strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve business processes.
Role Overview
As a service company, our core activities involve providing professional consultancy and tailored solutions for clients rather than manufacturing products. The Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that internal processes and service delivery run effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations. This role serves as a bridge between the CEO and all departments (HR, Finance, Legal, Accounting, Tax, Sales & Marketing, and Vendor Management). The OM is expected to streamline workflows, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement to uphold the quality of services delivered to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations across all departments.
- Implement, monitor, and improve SOPs, workflows, and compliance processes.
- Coordinate between teams to ensure timely and high‑quality project delivery.
- Prepare operational reports, performance updates, and recommendations for management.
- Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Ensure excellent communication and service standards for clients.
- Support strategic planning and operational execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law (strongly preferred), Management, Business Administration or related fields.
- 5+ years of proven experience as an Operations Manager in a service‑oriented company (consultancy background highly preferred).
- Able to communicate effectively with international clients and partners.
- Excellent leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Proven track record in financial management, risk management, and project supervision.
- Strong background in workforce planning, team development, and performance management.
- Experience in handling vendors such as notaries, lawyers, contractors, tax consultants, and other professional service providers, including monitoring their service levels and maintaining good partnerships.
