Position: During this 6-months internship, you will support the HR team based in Porto San Giorgio plant in all the activities related to the function. Job responsibilities: In particular, you will be involved in the following activities: - Analysis of HR metrics and trends, with a focus on optimizing existing reports and developing new ones; - Active participation in the budgeting process to identify and collect FTE needs and analyse cost elements; - Coordinate the HRIS processes (hiring, suspension, termination, etc.); Profile: Master's Degree in Economics, Management, HR Management or similar; - IT abilities and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint); - Good analytical, planning, and deadline monitoring skills; - Problem-solving, precision, attention to detail, team-working attitude, and flexibility; - Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written; - Strong passion for the Luxury world.
