Sales Arborist Representative - Applicants that live local within San Diego will be considered for this position. Escondido residents will also be considered.

We are currently looking to add a dynamic Sales Arborist Representative to our passionate team of tree care professionals. Your office is outdoors, and you get a new view every day!
Compensation Data: $65k-$100k per year (2-4 years minimum experience)
Job Duties
1. Work as a tree doctor that makes house calls!
2. Educate residential and commercial customers on the needs of their trees.
3. Provide customers with estimates based on their needs.
4. Develop and update annual plant health care programs.
5. Create and build relationships with new and existing clients.
6. Set up and supervise crew members assigned to customer jobs.
7. As part of the office and field management team, the Sales Representative assists the District Manager in the direction of whole team.
Qualifications
8. Love of the outdoors
9. ISA Certified Arborist ®
10. Required: Valid driver’s license
11. Regional plant and horticulture knowledge
12. Good people skills; self-motivated; computer proficient and organized
13. Must be knowledgeable and experienced with tree care, hazard tree evaluation, integrated pest management and industry approved tree care practices
14. Preferred: Relevant pesticide and related licenses and certificates
