Functional Analyst & Testing Coordinator We offer an interesting opportunity to join our R&D team, based in Bussolengo (VR), as a Functional Analyst & Test Coordinator, reporting to the Software & Electronics Development Manager. The individual will collaborate and communicate with relevant company departments (including Marketing, Quality Engineering, R&D, and Sales) as well as with surgeons and other professionals in the medical industry. Responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and structuring stakeholder requests, identifying ambiguities, proposing solutions, and translating requirements into specifications for development and testing. The role involves working closely with the development team, overseeing testing activities, and maintaining communication with customers and users, including conducting user training. Occasional travel abroad may be required. The position also entails interacting with various company functions and external professionals, supporting documentation, test planning, and management, and ensuring compliance with testing and validation protocols. Requirements include: Bachelor’s degree (Software Requirements Engineering is a plus) 5 years relevant experience Experience in a regulated device industry or structured company Fluent English Certifications (a plus) Knowledge of Agile/Scrum (a plus) Soft skills: proactive, critical thinker, excellent communication, team player, continuous learner, detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable.
