Amentum is seeking highly motivated, self-starting Operations Support Desk Officer. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Must have a Top Secret-SCI clearance.
Responsibilities:
1. Shall maintain day-to-day management, direction, technical control, technical review, coordination, and oversight of counterintelligence (CI) Special Operations Concepts (CISOCs), Operations Plans (OPLANs), CI Recruitment Leads, and CI Research Projects (CIRPs)
2. Management includes writing or staffing CI Special Operations Concepts (CISOCs)
3. Shall coordinate category I operations requests from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)
4. Category I requests include records checks and operational reviews of proposed activities
5. Shall staff requests for support to authorized FBI activities, including conducting operational reviews of proposed activities and identifying potential legal and operational issues
6. Shall staff requests for special collection techniques
7. Shall conduct operational coordination between the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), Army Service Component Commands, other Government agencies, and the Department of the Army (DA) for CI matters related to counterintelligence operational activities and provide counterintelligence-related advice, guidance, and recommendations, as appropriate, to customers
8. Shall conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational briefings with Government Team/Branch/Division Chiefs
Requirements:
9. Active TS/SCI clearance required and must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis
10. Must be a graduate of any of the following Military Department Counterintelligence Agent Certifying Courses:
Army – Counterintelligence Special Agent Course (CISAC)
Army – 35L Course (or its predecessor)
Army – 351L Course (or its predecessor)
Air Force –Basic Special Investigators Course (BISC), Air Force
11. Special Investigations Academy, or predecessor
12. Navy – Special Agent Basic Training Program (SABTB)
13. Naval Criminal Investigative Service Training Academy, or predecessor
14. Must be a graduate of any of the following:
Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy/Activity (JCITA) – Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Operations Course (AFCIOC) or predecessor
JCITA - Advanced Counterintelligence Collections Course (ACICC)
JCITA - Military Counterintelligence Collections Course (MCC)
JCITA - Counterintelligence Force Protection Source Operations Course (CFSO)
HT-JCOE - Source Operations Course (SOC)
HT-JCOE - Advanced Source Operations Course (ASOC)
HT-JCOE – Defense Advanced Tradecraft Course (DATC)
Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) – Advanced Military Source Operations Course (AMSOC)
Other – Field Tradecraft Course (FTC), Operations Tradecraft Course (OTC), Military Operations Training Course (MOTC), or equivalent
15. Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a credentialed counterintelligence special agent
16. College education cannot be used in lieu of experience
17. Must possess an understanding of CI or HUMINT collection operations
18. Must have a strong understanding of CI Flags
19. Must possess an understanding of Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE) Tactical Technical Procedures (TTPs)
