Ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you will lead the design, implementation and evolution of the Digital Thread to enable Digital Engineering for Edgewing, its supply chain and customers. You will own the Digital Engineering information system architecture, focusing on information mapping and toolchain integration across federated environments. You will drive end-to-end traceability, data continuity and governance to support lifecycle delivery from requirements to operations. This role sits in the GCAP Technical Leadership UO and offers a chance to shape digital capabilities across a major defence-aerospace program with global reach. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliDefine and govern the Digital Engineering Information Map (domains, artefacts, identifiers, lifecycle states, metadata) aligned with Edgewing architecture and milestones /liliArchitect and orchestrate the application/toolchain integration ensuring interoperability and model-data compatibility /liliDesign data flows and semantic interoperability with data replication, security classifications, and multi-geography considerations /liliEnsure end-to-end traceability from requirements through to manufacturing and operations /liliEstablish governance, decision logs and a minimum common integration framework to prevent siloing /liliManage data continuity, availability and monitoring of SLAs across geographies /liliOversee toolset selection and licensing, and support Digital Twins and asset integration /liliCoordinate transition plans for legacy coexistence and federated integration across Parent Companies to IEC/FEC evolution /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliMinimum 5 years in a similar defence/aerospace or complex engineering environment delivering integrated digital solutions across the lifecycle /liliFamiliarity with event-driven architectures, middleware, Change Data Capture (CDC) and data replication strategies /liliDegree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline /liliService Management expertise (e.g., ITIL) with practical experience in enabling technology services /liliProject/Programme Management certification (e.g., APM, PRINCE2) or demonstrable complex delivery experience /liliDeep knowledge of Digital Engineering technologies including data architecture, toolchain integration, MBSE/MBD, PLM, simulation environments and interoperability standards /liliProven track record designing and delivering federated information systems architecture (data and applications) across multi-domain environments /liliStrong understanding of engineering processes, data flows, configuration management, lifecycle states and traceability /liliExperience working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, IT, quality, cybersecurity and supply chain teams /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
