Manages and develops the Fleet Support Centre teamTakes responsibility for QCD targets and deliverables of the CentreAssures the technical and operational support to the projects/customers.Proposes innovative solutions and implements Services solutions in the maintenance projects.Analyses the technical performances of the fleets and the efficiency of the maintenance plan and processes, promoting action plans to improve them.Searches for improvement actions in maintenance operations, performing engineering interface activities with Operations Engineers (depot support).Analyses failure criticality studies and other available methodologies to define and optimise the maintenance requirements, tasks and intervals.Analyses and integrates data coming from Operations (Return on Experience).
