We are seeking a highly motivated customer service professional to join our dynamic team and help us set new industry standards for excellence. As we continue to scale globally, our ambition and market demand propel us toward becoming a major force in the sector.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring timely resolution of any issues that may arise. This includes overseeing the digital support process, intervening where necessary, and connecting with suppliers as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in operations and/or customer service is highly desirable, but not required.
This is a fixed-term position for 6 months, working on a shift-based schedule with occasional night and weekend shifts. Smart-working opportunities are available twice a week. The ideal candidate will be based in Lombardy and will have good knowledge of English and Italian, with Spanish or French being a plus.
