SHG operates over 81 venues in 26 countries with a commitment to deliver authentic and diverse hospitality experiences that bring people together, all around the world. www.sunsethospitality.com Event Manager – Milan Responsibilities Comprehend and understand operations and general business policies and procedures of Sunset Hospitality Group. Identify sales & events opportunities forecasting projected business; establishing targeted sales opportunities Support all sales operations and general business policies when interacting with managers and employees Develop appropriate and creative sales plan, soliciting appropriate input from the Director of Food & Beverage Develop and submit a requested detailed budgets for the sales Recommend selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand Provide recommendations to operations and their managers for improving the quality of the stores sales programs while maintaining a positive relationship with them at all times Achieves sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews Preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change Accomplishes sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans Sustains relationship with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Events or business administration degrees. Minimum 5 years of experience in Hospitality & F&B Industry Excellent Interpersonal and communications skills Excellent computer skills Strong financial planning and budgetary skills Excellent English language knowledge What We Offer Competitive salary.
