Job DescriptionAs an Area VisualManager ,youare responsible forensuring our stores inItaly, Spain,Portugaland Greecehave a high standard of visual merchandising. The successful candidate will play an essential role, leading our in-store visual merchandisers in implementing COS visual and display guidelines.What you will do:

Oversee that all visual merchandising standards in store including window displays, space management and garment careisof a high standard.Communicate with thestorevisual merchandiserson a daily basisand presents them with visual information and plans at the start of each new season.Work with selling reports,budgetsand other available tools to make business decisionsregardingvisual merchandising and stock allocations.Partner with the area HR Manager/Talent Acquisition Partnerto recruit all in-store visual merchandiser positions and ensure they receive theappropriate levelof training.Assess your team and provide feedback about their performance on a regular basis.Identifyfuture talent and formulate clear and challenging goals toassistwith their development.Lead,coordinateand organize workshops and trainingsdeemednecessary for the development of our visual merchandisers.

Experienced working as a store Visual Merchandiser or another role with visual responsibilities.Experienced in leading, coaching, and developing team membersTrack record of successfully overseeing multiple projectsExcellent Englishlanguage skills, both verbal & writtenStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsFashion awarenessProven organizational, analytical and decision-making abilitiesSales driven and result-orientedWillingness to travelup to60% of timeAbility to use own initiative and work as part of teamExcellent communication skills
