For our client, a multinational Company leader in its sector, we are searching for an: IT PROJECT MANAGER He/ she will direct and coordinate the utilization of resources across divisions as well as external resources to reach targets of the projects. He/ she will ensure compliance with budget and other project requirements, communicating with stakeholders during all phases of the project, and close it efficiently. Responsibilities: - Manage assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project; - Develope maintain, and revise proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing; - Utilize the best available internal and external resources for the assigned projects; - Set and track project milestones; manage and account for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed; - Establishe and implement project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders; - Collect, analyze, and summarize informations and trends as needed to prepare project status reports; - Report project-related follow-up and statistics; - Prepare a project closing report for each project. Skills & Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in information science-related field required; Master’s degree preferred; - At least three years of related experience; - Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills; - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; - Good knowledge of English; - Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning; - Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices; - Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
