Our client, a reputable accounting firm based in Nicosia, is seeking a dedicated Auditor Senior Associate to join their vibrant team. 1. Plan and execute audit assignments in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Review client’s financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.
3. Identify audit issues and discuss resolutions with senior team members and clients.
4. Prepare comprehensive audit documentation and reports.
5. Assist in the planning and execution of audits from planning through to completion.
6. Support junior team members with their tasks and provide mentorship where applicable.
7. Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and service delivery.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
8. A vision and drive for success and be motivated towards their personal and professional development.
9. A positive can-do attitude, high degree of responsibility and take ownership of their assignments, clients, and careers.
10. Newly qualified with relevant 3 years hands on audit experience.
11. Eager to learn and follow the Company’s audit methodology.
12. Practical and technical up to date working knowledge of IFRSs is a must.
13. Team player and flexible to work on various types of assignments both independently and in a team.
14. Previous experience of client work in relevant industries to audit clients will be considered an advantage.
15. Excellent command of the Greek and English language (written and verbal).
16. IT literate with sound knowledge and experience of MS Office.
