The person we are looking for, reporting to the L&D Manager, will join the HR Team within the Training Community.

The L&D BTQ Coach has the opportunity to MAKE A DIFFERENCE to make all this happen. How?
* Define priorities with Area Manager and HRBP to meet standards on service quality, tasting, and values.
* Provide Boutique Managers and Vice Boutique Managers with tools to train their teams through on-field observation, feedback, and powerful questions.
* Create innovative and engaging training content to offer personalized, stimulating, and high-quality training for boutique staff.
* Promote skill development through delivery of training plans (both classroom and online), proposing improvements if KPIs are not met.
To succeed, strong facilitation and live coaching skills are essential (minimum three years as a trainer in selling ceremony); training support and a willingness to grow will be provided.
Attitudes are crucial and cannot be taught.
