IT Workplace Service Management
We are seeking an IT Workplace Service Manager to join our team, responsible for ensuring operational excellence in the field of IT service management. Key responsibilities include IT Service Desk Management, IT Workplace Management, and Software License Management.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
* Four years of experience in IT service and IT service desk support management.
* Experience in designing, managing, and supporting IT workplace solutions.
* Knowledge of IT software license management and cost efficiency.
You will be a team player with strong relational skills, punctual, reliable, and possess strong communication skills. Initiative and proactivity are essential, as well as problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, attention to detail, prioritization skill, and time management. Stress management capabilities and a structured, analytical approach are also required.
