Process Engineers

Location: Mirandola
Time: 8 hours per day / 5 days a week
Language Skills: Italian speaking
These individuals will be required to perform the activities typically carried out by our Process Engineers, namely:
Execution of FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) on medium-to-high complexity/automation-level equipment at suppliers (in Italy)
Execution of SAT (Site Acceptance Tests) for the above-mentioned equipment
Execution of process start-up and validation (OQ – PQ) and preparation of documentation in English (PVP, OQ, PQ, PVR) for the above-mentioned equipment
Identification of process/equipment improvements to reduce scrap and increase efficiency
Execution of root cause analysis
Preparation of work instructions
Statistical skills (preferably using MINITAB):
DOE (Design of Experiments) xjrgpwk
Process capability analysis (CpK, PpK)
Gage studies
t-test
Knowledge of main plastic processing technologies, for example:
Bonding with single-component and two-component resins
Ultrasonic welding
Hydraulic leak testing
Vision/measurement systems
