Manage the execution of projects related to gas analysis systems, Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and associated integration solutions for industrial applicationsOversee system design and integration activities, including analyzers, sampling systems, automation hardware and software, and interface with DCS/PLC/SCADA environmentsAct as the main point of contact for customers during project execution, ensuring clear communication and alignment on technical scope, schedule and deliverablesCoordinate internal teams (engineering, procurement, production, service) and external suppliers to ensure timely and compliant project deliveryDefine and monitor project schedules, milestones, costs and resources, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and business targetsManage project risks, changes and critical issues, identifying mitigation actions and ensuring effective problem resolutionEnsure compliance with customer specifications, contractual requirements, quality standards and applicable regulationsSupport factory acceptance tests (FAT), site activities and commissioning phases in coordination with engineering and service teamsCapture lessons learned and support continuous improvement of project execution processes and technical solutionsManage proposal timelines and priorities, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality offersContinuously update knowledge on automation technologies, gas analysis solutions, regulatory evolution and market trends
Requirements
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in EngineeringProven experience managing projects in gas analysis systems, emissions monitoring (CEMS) and industrial automationSolid understanding of PLC/DCS systems, field instrumentation, industrial networks and system integrationAbility to read and interpret technical specifications, contracts and project requirementsStructured, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholdersExperience in planning, scheduling and monitoring complex projects, including cost control, risk management and resource allocationProven ability to manage site activities, commissioning and customer interfaces effectivelyProficiency in English and ItalianEligibility to work in Italy
