As our Community & Language Lead, you'll be the face and voice of Elementor in Italy, fostering a thriving local community of web creators and championing our mission to empower web professionals. This role combines community management, profound ambition to promote the local web creators community and a deep understanding of the WordPress ecosystem.
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes Elementor and WordPress. You should be:
* A die-hard Elementor enthusiast who can recite widget names in your sleep
* Obsessed with the WordPress ecosystem, from core updates to the latest plugins
* An active participant in online forums, Facebook groups, and WordPress Slack channels
* Comfortable spending hours tinkering with website designs and troubleshooting CSS
* Excited about empowering others to create beautiful, functional websites

Responsibilities
* Build and nurture a vibrant local Elementor community through online forums, social media, and in-person events
* Review and improve localized Elementor's interface and marketing materials for France
* Organize and lead local Elementor meetups, workshops, and WordCamps
* Collaborate with the global Elementor team to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across key assets
* Identify and cultivate relationships with local WordPress influencers and agencies
* Contribute to Elementor's product development by providing local market insights and user feedback
Requirements
* Native proficiency in Italian and fluency in English
* Extensive experience with Elementor and WordPress
* Proven track record in community management or developer relations
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Passion for web design and staying current with industry trends
