We look forward to getting to know you. full time - unlimited Your contribution to the energy transition As our Senior Legal Counsel for Permitting, you will support the Business Development department in managing their daily activities, with particular attention on permitting and regulatory activities as well as real estate topics. This position reports to the Head of Legal and Compliance. Main activities of the role will involve providing legal support in the following phases: Origination: negotiation of real estate contracts with counterparties\nPermitting: liaising with public authorities and participating to authorization procedures\nLitigation: supporting the Head of legal and compliance in structuring and managing all legal actions related to the projects (particularly, administrative actions), in case, liaising also with external consultants/law firms You can look forward to the following tasks; Giving support in public law and administrative law, permitting procedures and administrative processes with focus in the origination, development, and authorization of renewable energy powerplants\nKeeping track of administrative and civil claims related to the renewable energy sector\nAnalysing, negotiating and drafting legal notes, contracts, and related documents\nDemonstrating thorough knowledge of the regulatory framework of the renewable energy sector\nSupporting the Head of Legal and Compliance in carrying out, scheduling and prioritizing daily activities\nLiaising with external law professionals (law firms, consultants, notaries and the like)\nInteracting with other teams as the need might be In addition to the above, the person could be asked to conduct other legal tasks, supporting the legal department needs Your energy is required You impress us with these qualifications; 8 to15 years of experience in legal roles, ideally within the renewable energy sector or infrastructure projects\nProfessional qualification to practice law\nMaster’s degree in law, preferably with a focus on Administrative Law, Environmental Law, or Energy Law\nProven track record in permitting processes for large-scale photovoltaic or energy infrastructure projects, including interaction with public authorities and regulatory bodies\nIn-depth knowledge of national and regional permitting regulations, environmental impact assessments, and land use planning\nExperience in managing legal aspects of project development, including zoning, authorizations, and compliance with environmental and administrative requirements\nStrong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships with municipalities, agencies, and external consultants\nExcellent command of English, both written and spoken (C1 level or higher) You have more to offer?
