As a Campaign Execution & Performance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution and optimization of marketing campaigns.
You will manage operational workflows, coordinate creative assets, monitor campaign performance, and deliver actionable strategic insights through pre- and post-campaign analysis.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking to support data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
Main responsibilities:
As Campaign Execution & Performance Specialist you will be involved in:
Campaign Operations & Execution
1. Own end-to-end campaign operational workflows ensuring clear planning, execution, and follow-up.
2. Maintain detailed tracking of activities, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
3. Act as the single point of truth on campaign status and progress.
Asset Coordination & Quality Assurance
4. Collect, organize, and distribute campaign assets (images, videos, copy) to relevant teams.
5. Coordinate approval processes with creative teams, management, and clients.
6. Perform preliminary checks to ensure content meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
Monitoring & Reporting
7. Set up and maintain tracking sheets and dashboards to monitor campaign progress and performance.
8. Ensure milestones are met and provide visibility to internal stakeholders.
Process Optimization
9. Document workflows and campaign processes for consistency.
10. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline operations.
Campaign Performance Analysis
11. Monitor campaign progress and performance in collaboration with analytics-focused team members.
12. Analyze historical tax-free data, audience insights, and market trends to support campaign strategy and define targets.
13. Consolidate data from multiple sources and create comprehensive performance reports to evaluate campaign success.

Education & Experience
19. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
20. 1/2+ years in campaign operations, marketing analytics, or similar roles.
21. Familiarity with digital marketing channels and campaign management tools.
Technical Skills
22. Strong experience in process definition and documentation.
23. Understanding of Project Management platforms (Asana).
24. Advanced use of Excel for tracking, reconciliation, and operational monitoring.
Soft Skills
25. Exceptional ability to manage complexity and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
26. Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
