The Quality & Compliance Specialist role is part of our Italian Legal & Compliance Team and is the main responsible for all Quality, Information Security systems, H&S and compliance matters for the Italian Country.
He / She will be in charge of managing all internal and external auditing activities related to ISO9001 / ISO27001, Health & Safety aspects, Privacy regulation (GDPR), Sustainability guidelines and legislative Decree 231 / 01 compliance. He / She will implement locally global and European procedures considering the business needs and legislation in Italy.

* Specialist role acting in a local and multinational environment, collaborating with the Italian Legal & Compliance Manager and Europe Governance, Risk & Compliance stakeholders.
* The main responsibilities will be
* Develop and implement risk and compliance policies, principles, and procedures in the country to ensure proactive risk and compliance management practices;
* Coordinate the implementation of group policies and procedures in the country;
* Manage periodic internal group reviews and external audits conducted by certification bodies;
* Conduct external reviews of third parties and clients;
* Research emerging compliance issues and review related documentation and contractual provisions;
* Provide onboarding information and training materials to new employees regarding company policies and procedures;
* Provide regular reports on risk and compliance issues;
* Support RSPP in providing safety documents necessary for technical activities at client sites (e.g., DUVRI, Safety Operating Plan);
* Conduct H&S training for new hires;
* Monitor mandatory H&S training and request updates or additional training when needed;
* Manage mandatory documents according to EU Regulation 2016/679 - GDPR (e.g., client assessments, system administration appointments);
* Assist in providing clients with data to confirm NTT systems’ compliance with security rules;
* Support the Europe Information Security Officer as the local contact point;
* Collaborate with the Europe Sustainability team to collect and provide country data for sustainability goals;
* Complete onboarding questionnaires for clients regarding sustainability, security, safety, and quality;
* Ensure all steps for third-party onboarding comply with our rules.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A Master’s degree in Economics, Law, or Management Engineering with specialization in Quality, Assurance, and Regulatory affairs;
* Solid experience in a similar role within an IT/ICT company;
* Good knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO27001 standards;
* Knowledge of Legislative Decree 81/08;
* A strong risk management approach;
* Proven experience managing internal and external audits;
* Strong analytical and organizational process management skills;
* Auditor certification (preferred);
* Ability to work effectively in teams;
* Client-focused approach;
* Innovative mindset for continuous improvement;
* Problem-solving skills;
* Ability to communicate with C-level executives;
* Fluent in English (spoken and written);
* Proficiency in MS Office.
