General information: - Industry: Corporate strategy consulting - Years of experience: 3 years - Employment contract: Permanent - Location: Milan, Italy Job Requirements: - Strong interest in Business Processes and Technology - Strong knowledge of SAP SD module and Order to Cash processes: Creation of Sales documents (Quotations, Sales orders, Scheduling Agreements), Billing (Invoicing, Credit memo, Debit memo), Rebate Management, Return Management - Experience as Team Leader in SAP project implementation - Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana is an asset - Knowledge of EDI processes is a plus - Speak and write English fluently - Speak and write Italian fluently - Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Entrepreneurial mindset - Desire to become a part of a growing environment - You love to find and to share innovative solutions - Team player Essential Responsibilities: - Collecting and analyzing business requirements to define and implement operating models. - Responsible for the entire Order to Cash flow in the projects, as Team Leader. - Responsible to monitor and validate the outcome of his business unit during all project phases. - Lead problem resolution activities and root cause reviews and analysis. - Designing models, processes, and solutions. - Supporting the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions or other technological platforms from model and process design to implementation.
