At Ninesquared, we are building a volleyball-first brand working with over 500 clubs across Europe and expanding rapidly in the US. Founded by former professional players, we combine product expertise with a direct-to-club approach to deliver premium teamwear at competitive prices. As we continue to grow internationally, we are looking for a Business Development Intern to join our team and support our expansion.
What you’ll do
* Identify and reach out to potential clients (clubs, partners, distributors)
* Support outbound sales campaigns (email, calls etc.)
* Help manage and update our CRM
* Assist in preparing commercial offers
* Contribute to international expansion strategies
* Support day-to-day sales and business development activities
What we’re looking for
* Student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or similar
* Strong communication skills in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)
* Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
* Structured and detail-oriented
* Interest in sports and/or apparel is a plus
