Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the Finance function, overseeing accounting, financial reporting, planning and treasuryManage budgeting, forecasting and long-term business planningStrengthen industrial controlling, monitoring margins by product, plant and customerProvide strategic financial insights to support operational and commercial decision-makingPrepare monthly reporting and KPI analysis for the Private Equity shareholdersOptimize working capital and financial structureManage relationships with banks, advisors and external auditorsSupport M&A activities, including financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration
RequirementsSignificant experience in finance leadership roles within manufacturing or automotive environmentsStrong background in industrial controllingExperience working with Private Equity investors is a plusProven ability to operate in fast-paced, performance-driven environmentsStrong analytical and leadership skillsFluency in English and ItalianLocation: Milan, Italy
