Become an EXpert as a Recruiter
At EX Squared LATAM, we partner with growing U.S.-based companies to build strong, scalable teams across Latin America. We're currently looking for a Recruiter to work in a dedicated capacity for a U.S. client, supporting and centralizing their hiring efforts.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys owning the full recruiting cycle, working closely with stakeholders, and improving hiring processes through structure, consistency, and metrics.
What You'll Do
* Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for multiple open roles.
* Review and screen candidates using resumes, pre-screening questions, and job boards.
* Conduct initial interviews via video calls to evaluate communication skills, cultural fit, and role alignment.
* Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and support the hiring decision process.
* Partner closely with the client, HR, and internal teams throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
* Support candidates during early onboarding stages until handoff to HR.
* Maintain accurate tracking of candidates, pipelines, and hiring activity.
* Help standardize job descriptions, screening criteria, and recruiting workflows.
* Track and report recruiting metrics such as time to fill, pipeline status, and hiring volume.
What You'll Bring
* 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
* Advanced English level (spoken and written), with confidence working directly with U.S.-based stakeholders.
* Experience using job boards (Indeed preferred) and ATS or candidate tracking tools.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily recruiting activities.
Nice to Have
* Experience recruiting for operational, field, or high-volume roles.
* Familiarity with recruiting KPIs and performance metrics.
* Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or distributed teams.
