At dentsu, we are looking for a Senior Video Consultant to join our team in Milan.
The purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality media activations that effectively align with client objectives and campaign priorities, ensuring strategic impact and operational excellence.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
* Organize and activate TV and CTV video campaigns, ensuring objectives are clearly defined and achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.
* Plan and execute TV and CTV media campaigns based on the strategy provided by the activation manager.
* Monitor campaign performance and ensure results meet or exceed client expectations.
Team Collaboration:
* Support team members in delivering high-quality outputs, providing feedback and performing quality control on deliverables.
* Ensure the team understands client KPIs and has the tools and guidance to deliver against those targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive efficiency and excellence in campaign delivery.
Client Success:
* Provide accurate and timely reporting on TV and CTV campaigns, offering actionable insights.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing challenges proactively and managing expectations effectively.
* Process Improvement:
* Support the implementation of commercial agreements related to TV and CTV planning.
* Contribute to the optimization of resource allocation to ensure the right expertise is applied at the right time for campaign success.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in TV and/or CTV media planning or activation
* Excellent knowledge of Kubik, AQX, Arianna, and MCS
* Strong understanding of TV and CTV media platforms, tools, and processes
* Experience managing the full lifecycle of video campaigns across linear TV and CTV
* Proficiency in analyzing performance data and optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs
* Fluent in English, written and spoken
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
* Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team
