Store Leadership Role
We are seeking an exceptional retail leader to manage our Store in Serravalle.
About the Role:
* Lead a team of professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve service standards.
* Coach and motivate team members to become experts in our product and deliver ultimate levels of service.
* Maintain a safe working environment and ensure all loss prevention procedures are followed.
* Coordinate stock management and deliveries, ensuring efficient operations.
* Manage client experience, ensuring highest standards are met.
* Monitor KPIs and sales results, providing weekly and ad-hoc reporting.
* Establish a training and development program to support team growth and progression.
About You:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store Manager, with a strong background in leadership and motivation.
* Able to direct, inspire, and motivate a team to reach targets.
* Experience in dealing with employment relations issues and resolving conflicts.
* Client-centric and focused on exceptional service standards.
* Driven with a strong work ethic and professionalism.
* Able to work with various people in different disciplines.
* Energetic, self-motivated, and organized.
* Strong Fashion knowledge and ability to analyze CRM information to understand client data.
Requirements:
* Fluent in Italian and English, with a third language an advantage (Russian, Chinese, Korean, Arabic).
* Flexible with working hours.
