What do we look for?
* Minimum 15 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fast-paced environments like hospitality or food & beverage services.
* Proven expertise in managing high-performing hospitality venues.
* Strong leadership and decision-making skills, focused on team development.

* Excellent communication skills to foster relationships with guests, suppliers, and staff.

* Oversee daily operations for smooth service and guest satisfaction.

* Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
* Stay informed of legal requirements and ensure compliance.
* Drive recruitment, training, and performance management.
* Develop the team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
* Collaborate with marketing to increase footfall and revenue.
* Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
* Manage stock, supplier relationships, and inventory efficiently.
* Communicate with suppliers and management to meet deadlines and contracts.
* Act as a liaison between the restaurant and senior management.
