Join to apply for the Senior Accountant - Milano role at KPMG Italy Senior Accountant | Milano The chance to build a better future is right in front of you Responsibilities Do Work That Matters - Your role and responsibilities ordinary and cost accounting applying the Italian financial reporting standards and the IFRS, outsourced activities and accounting and administrative assistance; fulfilling clients’ tax requirements, preparing the main types of tax returns and forms, calculating taxes and analysing tax and statutory compliance; administrative and business process re‑engineering/improvement; project/programme management for the design and implementation of IT and management systems; identifying and defining the requirements and the design of complex functional specifications; designing financial reporting models and tools. Skills Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics a master’s degree in business; at least two/three years of experience in the Administration, finance and control area; excellent knowledge of the Italian financial reporting standards and the IFRS; excellent knowledge of general ledger and cost accounting methods and techniques; excellent knowledge of the main tax issues and related requirements; excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad; excellent interpersonal and team working skills and a flexible and dynamic approach.
