Primary Care Family Practice Physician
Location: Belleville & Quinte West Community Health Centre, 161 Bridge St., West, Ontario, Canada.
Full‑time, permanent. Salary $273,109.20 – $331,968.00 per year based on a 35‑hour week.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary health care to clients at all ages.
Engage in organizational initiatives on quality improvement, policy development, health equity issues, and program development or modification in response to community needs.
Qualifications
CCFP (active status).
General license to practice from CPSO in good standing.
Current CMPA membership.
Primary care experience preferred, especially with communities or individuals who face barriers to accessing care.
Commitment to working within and optimizing the interdisciplinary team.
