What Will You Do?
* Sales negotiation – manage a busy schedule of online and in‑person appointments with potential prospects, articulating and clearly demonstrating our value proposition and creating enthusiasm.
* Participation in trade fairs and events – attend 1‑2 trade fairs per year, organize on‑site meetings with customers.
* Business development – proactively search for new opportunities through cold calling and cold emailing.
* Data analysis and regular reviews – hone analytical skills by learning how to critically read through the pipeline and use the best sales tools available.
* Reaching the monthly target – reach and exceed the ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) target with an incentivising bonus plan.
What We’re Looking For
* Italian as a mother tongue.
* Good English skills (B2 level) – needed for an international company.
* Team player with a winning mentality – aim to consistently exceed 100% of the monthly quota and be willing to help colleagues reach theirs.
* Data‑driven thinking – analyse and interpret data, make decisions based on quantitative evidence, and continuously improve strategies.
* Desire to learn – receive on‑field coaching, read sales‑skill books, and participate in training in‑person or remotely.
* Experience – at least 6‑12 months in a sales team (SaaS, Software, Services) with a track record of exceeding targets.
* Organisation – pay attention to detail, plan agenda meticulously, and keep the CRM up‑to‑date.
* Productivity – strong motivation to sell into the SME market and manage short, intense sales cycles.
