Frog Tour Milano, a leader in the"make your own price"walking tours, is looking for a qualifiedEnglish-speaking tour guidefor our"Highlights of Milan"tours, with our unique"pay what is worth"concept.
Position Details:
Hours:Approximately40 hours per month, equivalent to about10 hours per week, distributed over5 or 6 days per week.
Compensation:€1,300 fixed compensation+ performance-based economic extras + benefits.
Additional Compensation:Extra tours (if assigned) at€50/hour, plus opportunities for private tours, Duomo tours, and Last Supper tours.
Responsibilities:
As a guide, you'll meet customers at the designated meeting point and lead them on an unforgettable experience through Milan.
You'll have the freedom to showcase the city from your perspective, offering engaging introductions that blend historical, geographical, and current topics.
The guide's responsibility is to create the right atmosphere during the tour, ensuring that tourists leave with memorable impressions.
Required Profile
Valid tourist guide certification for Italy (please include yourElenco Nazionale delle Guide Turistichenumber).
Candidates currently in the process of obtaining the certification will also be considered, provided they have passed the first test of the latest national exam.
Excellent command of English (additional languages such as Spanish are a plus).
Strong communication skills.
Punctual, dynamic, and organized.
Open-minded and easy-going.
Experience with large groups is preferred, but not mandatory.

This position is starting from the beginning of March and valid from March until the end of October (August excluded).
From November to February, we offer 25 guaranteed hours per month.
