**What you will be responsible for**:
**1. Restroom Cleaning**:
- Clean toilets, sinks, and floors regularly to prevent stains and odors.
- Refill supplies (toilet paper, hand soap, disinfecting wipes).
- Ensure proper ventilation to avoid moisture and odor.
**2. Office Area Cleaning**:
- Keep desk items (phones, computers, folders) clean and dust-free.
- Clean office equipment (computers, printers, copiers) regularly.
- Vacuum carpets to prevent dust buildup.
- Any other ad hoc duties.
**3. Dormitory Area Cleaning**:
- Sweep floors regularly to keep them clean and free from dust and garbage once in a week
**How you will stand out**:
**1. Communication**
Must be able to understand and communicate in English to follow instructions, read labels, and communicate with team members.
**2. Skills & Abilities**:
Attention to detail in performing cleaning tasks.
Ability to work independently and efficiently with mínimal supervision.
Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
**3. Physical Requirements**:
Ability to stand, bend, and lift items as required for cleaning tasks.
Must be able to work in different environments, including restrooms and office spaces.
**4. Other Requirements**:
Punctual and reliable.
Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may sometimes be exposed to heat, noise, and vibrations. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The exposure will not be constant but could occupy a large amount of a person’s time during the day while on-site. Safety & Noise reduction equipment will be provided by the company. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
